Student Information
The National Capital Region Graduate Student Services Office (GSSO), located at the Northern Virginia Center, Falls Church, is a satellite office of the Graduate School on the main campus in Blacksburg and handles academic and administrative matters, such as Graduate Education Week, student workshops, student medical insurance, in-state or out-of-state classification, and changing departments or graduate programs in the National Capital Region.
The Graduate School serves as a coordinating and governing body to all the Virginia Tech graduate programs and their students. Policies and procedures offer guidelines on progressing through an academic program. Application, Re-Admission & Department Decision Deadlines
The following application and decision deadlines have been established for the upcoming entry terms:
