Center for Energy and the Global Environment
The Center for Energy and the Global Environment (CEAGE), Alexandria, is a research and educational center committed to issues related to the role of energy in the global environment. CEAGE researchers strive to explore environmentally compatible methods of electrical power generation for use in all parts of the world, particularly in developing countries and in Europe’s emerging economies.
CEAGE conducts seminars, workshops, training programs, and joint research activities in collaboration with scientists and researchers from the U.S. and international institutions. Since its inception in 1994, CEAGE has linked with industry groups and universities in more than 30 nations, making it one of the most internationally active research organizations of its kind.
