Welcome to Virginia Tech’s Outreach Program Development in the National Capital Region (NCR). We specialize in customized educational services, logistical support for many types of events and programs, and connecting community needs with the expertise of the University.
Signature offerings organized through Outreach in the National Capital Region include: Project Management Certification instruction, urban planning courses from the Planning Academy of Virginia Tech and two-day workshops on grant writing through the USDA CSREES.
