NCR Outstanding Staff Award Nominations Due April 15

Nominations for the Outstanding Staff Award are due on Tuesday, April 15.

This program is designed to honor one staff member each year with a certificate and cash award of $500 in recognition of one or more achievements in the following areas:

• Outstanding or noteworthy performance in position responsibilities
• Outstanding initiative, self-motivation, integrity, and/or commitment to diversity
• Exceptional teamwork and evidence of commitment to the goals of the University,
  National Capital Region and department

• Exceptional service to students and faculty

Nominations should include a nomination form describing how your selected employee meets one or more of the criteria above and should be accompanied by at least one other affirming letter from a faculty, staff member, or student. 

All nominations must be submitted no later than April 15, 2008, and must include both the form and at least one letter of support.
