Big Event Service Project, April 5, in National Capital Region, RSVP to participate by March 28

Virginia Tech National Capital Region Graduate Student Assembly and George Mason University are teaming up on a collaborative local project to serve the Northern Virginia Community and support the university's Big Event in Blacksburg.

Graduate students from both universities will participate in a clean-up at the start of the Four Mile Run Stream in Falls Church. Meet at the Isaac Crossman Park entrance at 501 Van Buren, Falls Church.

Water and snacks will be provided. All volunteers who RSVP by Friday, March 28, will receive a free t-shirt.

Volunteers may get dirty cleaning the banks of the stream, so dress accordingly.

Participating in the Big Event is a good way for Virginia Tech students to fulfill their VT-ENGAGE pledge
